I’m sending this post to Realtors as you both will be the only recipients at this time.

When you login to the admin section of the site, http://www.canadian-mortgages.net/wp-login.php, you will see a note in the top bar that refers to the user levels and what they mean.

s2Member Level 1 refers to Realtors
s2Member Level 2 refers to Brokers

In the left sidebar menu select “Posts“.  You can edit either Pro Link: Brokers or Pro Link: Realtors for content, or you can “Add New” to create new content – which is the one you’ll use most so that older posts do not get removed.

After selecting “Add New” you will be taken to an editing page.  Enter the title for your post, then do the following configuration:

In the right side column you’ll see a section, “Categories“.  There’s just the two so check the box for the category it belongs to, whether for Realtors or for Brokers.  Each group can only see their own posts in their category.

Once you have your content the way you like, at the bottom of the center column, below the content you added, you’ll see “Post Notification“.  If you’re ready to publish your content and send it as a newsletter set “Send notification when publishing?” to either Yes (for first time publishing) or Resend (for edited posts that have been sent before).

There is a 6 minute delay on mailing in case you change your mind.

You both are the only ones who can see the admin section.  Everyone else gets taken to the start page of the site, and they have a menu relative to their particular content.

If you want to see what the Realtors see, login with:

Username: Realtor
Password: Test-Realtor

This account will be deleted when we start adding your Realtors.
